I’m a clock repairer based in west London. My father repaired and restored clocks for over thirty years, and a while ago I too took up this absorbing activity. I undertook formal training at Epping Forest Horology Club where the knowledge and experience of tutors and other members was invaluable in helping to learn about the problems that crop up in this type of work.

This is an occasional blog about the clocks that pass through my hands, and the types of repair and refurbishment that are required. It will also serve as a documentation record of progress on the longer jobs, and I’ll also try to include as many photographs as possible.
